Like most large buisness corporations, Apple will not be giving up easily in its case against Samsung. Apple wants a limited quanity of Samsung phones to be available and the rest to be pulled off of the shelves since Samsung has used some of Apple’s features.
“Earlier this week Judge Lucy Koh denied Apple’s bid for a sales ban on 26 Samsung products, saying that any infringing features were just part of a larger feature set, making a sales ban too broad. That decision meant Samsung can continue to sell those devices, which are mainly older models, in the U.S.” Quoted from Forbes.
Apple has actually gave the major brand HTC the ok on using the same technology and features that Apple is suing Samsung over, the only difference is that HTC definetly had to spend a big chunk of change to use it. While all of this feud between the two companies will continue , who knows when it will all be over. Maybe after this whole thing Samsung and APPLE will merge together and make the best products ever.
